I've gone to Urban Active for two years now. It wasn't too bad at first, but you can tell that the corporation is hurting financially, as reflected by the shape of the facilities. It seems to always be in great shape the beginning of January when the most new members tend to join. Other than that, several pieces of equipment are either broken or missing parts at all times. The club has no posted refund policy concerning childcare services.

No posted childcare refund policy. Poor customer billing practices charging numerous late fees without customer notification. . I will not be renewing my membership
