Sicilians are phenomenal. Their sauce is sweet, tasty and plentiful. Regular slices are on the thin side. Doesn't try to be anything other than a take-out pizza joint, something more pizzerias...

Really good thin, crispy pizza. Unlike many pizzas that are dripping in oil, this one was not oily and that's a huge bonus for me. Ordered the mushroom and sausage pizza, which came to $4. So...

How anyone can knock Uptown shocks me. My cousin lived in The Shipyard for years and we walked across the street dozens of times to grab a slice from Uptown, never to be disappointed. I'd give this place a 3.5. You can order by the slice or by the pie. This thin crusted pizza is loaded with flavor and is a favorite to many after a night drinking. Whether drunk or sober you'll be satisfied.

Uptown is the diggity because it's really only a block from my humble abode. I have their italian subs about as often as I have their pizza. I must say I prefer a fresh pie to their warmed up slices…
