This gym was a great find. The workouts are demanding yet fun...most importantly, you get fast results. I immediately noticed having more energy for other activities during the day. My body has begun to show a few changes as well. Just started aprox. 2 months ago and I'm excited to see how things progress. It's been a rewarding experience thus far smile emoticon
