Great place to shop! I do most of my business up in the Window Shop. Everyone is always very friendly. I also send many clients to see them as well. They seem to know the products quite well and always find what we're looking for. Granted they don't carry a lot in stock that I need but if you give yourself some time and know going in you're about two weeks out, you'll be fine!

This is a great store with friendly, helpful employees. It has that home town feel to it. The glass store next to it is just as helpful. I purchased a custom door and have purchased various pieces of glass over the past few years and have received excellent service. I highly recommend James Hardware.
