Location was ideal near Mesa Art Center for Peter/Paul Concert. Check in and check out were smooth but no eye contact or customer service, eg, welcome/enjoy your stay. Room had strong, flowery air freshener odor. Air conditioner was somewhat loud and clunky. Shower had mold and missing tiles. Smoke detector was in nightstand drawer.

I would never recommend this property. Aside from the rooms being in need of serious updating, the bathroom (specifically the shower) was not thoroughly cleaned before or during my stay (a prior occupant's hair was stuck on the shower wall). We were warmly welcome on our arrival. Check in very quickly, I am handicapped so I requested a ground floor with easy access. I was pleasantly surprised at how large my room was. Everything was neat and clean and comfortable. They do have old style TV's. The remote didn't work. One call to front desk and it was promptly fixed....
