Townley park apartments has new and older apartments as well as town homes you can rent. I live in one of the older two bedroom apartments along with two cats. Townley Park Apartments are a nice place to live for someone between 20 and 30. One bedrooms are a little expensive at $710/month plus utilities but it is worth it as the service department is great and the office staff is friendly. Parking can be an issue in the winter but is great in the summer. The rooms are spacious although the closets are rather small. The balcony is nice and high...

Love my new home at Townley Park. The staff are wonderful and so are the other tenants. Close to grocery stores, restaturants, and pharmacies. Couldn't be happier.
