Response time is terrible even in emergencies, and never provides detail of any charges until asked.

I would give it no stars if I could. We own and unfortunately our building uses this unprofessional company. They are incredible rude, you can call them and they yell at you, and they lie left and right. Nothing gets done in a timely manner. And forget about it if you have an emergency. You have to beg to get stuff done.

If you are in the process of looking for a management company my only advice will be to stay away from this company. What led me to write this review today is the outcome of countless bad experiences with this company. you can't rely on them at all even in emergency situations.
