Got 3 estimates to repaint the house and his was in the middle. Derrick seemed like he was the most genuine guy after meeting with him and going over what we wanted so we hired him. Have a vacation condo in Pompano. Derrick worked with the Condo Board to submit all License, Insurance, Workman's Comp, etc. and started on time (actually a day early) and finished on time.
