The Flatiron hotel was nice. It's not as close to Times Square as I expected from the map. The beds were comfy and we had a good size room. The main bad thing was the hotel staff's recommendations for food near by. We didn't end up using any of their recommendations. The first night they recommended 2 different places for dinner. One had a 90 minute wait and the other was crazy expensive. We...

I've been to New York numerous times and this was one of my best experiences. The staff is so friendly. They knew who I was after the first day and welcomed me back every time I came back. When I came down in my gym clothes, they handed me a guest pass instead of me asking. In love this place.
