Tom really knows what he is doing. We both sold and bought homes with him. Tom thoroughly vetted our buyers, which gave us a lot of insight and strategy to follow when we were putting offers in on our potential new home. Tom did a great job with us. Helped us get our home ready to sell. Guided us through multiple offers, while never taking over the process. Then helped us find the perfect home to purchase. Brings a lot of great experience, but is always focused and helping his client meet their needs and wants. Easy to contact, fast response, great staff, willing to do what it takes.
