Time Warner Cable is the worst company I've ever had to do business with. And "had" to is not much of an exaggeration since these people have a monopoly throughout much of NYC.I've experienced everything from having to confirm my installation date/time (a 6 hour window mind you) three separate times …

Worst company ever! Don't trust anyone including the sales rep Phil.They have 4 different technicians to my house and my cable still doesn't work.They told me my bill was going g to be $100/month and it' ended up being $250.
