Supposedly they called me when it was ready; claimed there was no answer and no v-mail. That is my cell phone I have with me at all times; and there is definitely v-mail as I get messages every day. Could have been simply a glitch in the systems, but they should have tried again when I didn't pick up the ring, which just sat there until I called them. Not cool.

First of all you have front of store parking, very elegant store, with a varity of designer jewelery, like Steven Lagos line, Konstantino, which are all displayed in the Boutique part of the store, when you walk in the store first thing you see is the( Hearts on Fire Diamond line ), you must have one of thier trained sales associates give the hearts on fire presentation, what an awsume experience, must see!!
