This midtown hotel is a little hidden gem in NYC. The rooms are generous, the staff is very accommodating and the rooms are clean! Just saying, the doorman Adam Gonzalez was just extremely nice and helpful.And beyond that, it was a quiet hotel with great lobby coffee. Conveniently located, it felt safe and the rooms are large for the location. Nice bedding, nice bathroom. The property is a little run down but not so much that it is a bummer. Great stay and I would come back if I got another good deal!

I seek out smaller hotels that are quiet, comfortable to work in both the room and lobby. The top-fight coffee in the lobby available 24 by 7 is a total bonus. Also Jennifer Kim, the Concierge is spectacular.

I loved this hotel. Not too large, not located in the middle of tourist area. Close enough that you can walk to the subway (very close to Grand Central) and/or tourist sights. Security was tight, staff was amazing, and lobby had a nice bar.The room was really large (which surprised me) and had a walk in closet.
