Rip off. Very unprofessional frown emoticon I paid a lot of money to have interlock vinal Flooring put in by this man and his workers laid a red piece in the middle so he came back 2 weeks later to see it and ripped up about 10 pieces out of the middle and left. Would not recommend

The staff at The Rug Wash is very efficient. When they told me I would get the money back from the decontamination bath if I smelled anything, I was sure I was only going to have to pay for the cleaning. I sniffed as hard as I could and it was all gone! Awesome! 5 Star!

I have used The Rug Wash for all of my rugs (9) so far and for my floor installation. My experience has been great! The price was right and the work was done in a timely manner and done well. The folks working there are very friendly and helpful and pick up and deliver your carpets. I would use them anytime and would recommend them to anyone who wants great service for a great price!!
