BEWARE--they sent someone who had no idea what he was doing. he cut a 2' x 3' hole in the wall trying to find backside of tub faucet. put the new faucet on incorrectly and i had no hot water. 4 visits and 5 days to get the job done and after admitting it should have been done the next day (Monday) they tried to charge for more than 2 visits. rip off amateurs. and now i still have a huge hole in the wall to fix.

Beware. They came out to do a ""free"" estimate and charged over $160 so now I am in collections over the ordeal. No work was performed and of course no signed receipt available.

I have had them come to my house twice now for different reasons, and each time the plumber was very good. He fixed my problems both times, gave me good advice. Jim was very nice and made me feel comfortable talking to him. I recommend them. :-)

I ADVISE NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY

They overcharged me and then after a bad job I had another company come in and what they did cost me dearly had to go thru the legal system to recover cost from there inexperienced plumbers and do your research they have only been in business since late 2010 and the way the company is ran with lies and way overpriced your warranty from them is just a piece of paper because they will not be around long and they will weasel out so please be careful if you use this company and dont trust service magic they dont research like they say and never post companies...
