I stay in NYC several times a year and this was my first visit to the Westin Grand Central. Deidre (spel) at the front desk was delightful and extremely helpful. Clean, great location, attentive staff!

The hotel is very nice. Location is great. Friendly and attentstive staff. The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds could be softer and the tubs could use some remodeling. What I wasn't a fan of was the additional $25 non optional travel fee. It's great if you actually use it to it's full potential, but I believe it should be optional instead of required.
