Currently living in Gotham however am moving out soon. I love living here. The area is great, lots of restaurants, bars, things to do, etc. You're also centrally located from Grove St and Exchange Place PATH Stations so depending on where you want to go in Manhattan, you can choose accordingly. Management and maintenance staff are very good. We had one minor issue in our time living here and...

nice robe home amidst a bustling city. Convenient luxury high rise building in the middle of a great town. Easy commute to NYC or anywhere.

We have lived here since 2000. At the time, we were only planning on staying for a year before we headed further into the suburbs, but each year we decide to renew.

I like many things about this apartment so far. I've lived here about 8 months with no real major problem. I'm a student, so this location is great. I'm right next to the Path, the Deli downstairs is great, and I like the Oddfellows restaurant (good seafood jumbalaya I must add!).
