The ladies in the leasing office are not knowledgeable and seem so startled or dumbfounded whenever you start addressing the problems you're having, most likely because they know its the truth and they're in the wrong. They wont answer any of your questions and just refer you to Odette who is the property manager. If you ever have any problems in your apartment, don't even waste your time...

I really enjoy living here. It is very calm and a good area. Close to everything. The office staff has always helped me in everything. Very nice and clean always.

I love the area, I love how all the 1/1 apartments have their own private entrance. However, you pay for valet trash and that team is very messy. They sometime don't take out your trash and sometimes it can go days without them picking it up. The maintenance crew are very friendly and the management team is always looking for ways to bring the neighbors together by bring in food trucks or...

If you are looking for a safe and well maintained place to live, this is your place. The apartments are very nice, the pool is beautiful, always clean and quiet, there is this lovely view of the lake that is right in the middle of the condo, the neighbors are great and the staff is friendly and helpful!
On top of all that, it's perfectly located with less than 10 minutes from Target, gas...

The Enclave Apartments at Waterways is located near the Sawgrass Expressway and the Florida Turnpike in the Waterways community of Deerfield Beach, FL. I-95 is nearby, and Fort Lauderdale International Airport is only 30 minutes from the property. Serene and beautiful Quiet Waters Park is located directly across from the property.
