The two guys from The Carpet Care who came out to clean our carpets couldn't have been nicer and they worked really hard to make us happy. The guys did their usual vacuum and steam-cleaning, but that just brought everything to the surface like a thin blanket. Since they couldn't do anything while it was wet, they came back the next day to thoroughly re-vacuum everything, and they did a wonderful job. The carpets looked great.
I would definitely recommend The Carpet Care if you need your carpets cleaned. Their prices are competitive, and they made my appointment for a convenient time for me. The worker arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and cleaned my carpets quickly and thoroughly.

Really bad, dishonest company! They quote you one price then show up telling you extra needed for deep cleaning when, they don't put in any extra work. Don't be fooled by ad or coupon! They lie! I will be reporting them on their extremely bad business practices.
