My husband and I booked The Belnord through Expedia last minute and for a great price! The hotel is fine, clean and quiet with a comfy bed after exploring all day. The room I was given is definelty the smallest room I have ever stayed in. However it was clean and comfortable. There was very little noise so I was able to get a good nights sleep. The area is very convenient for getting around Manhattan and there is loads of nice bars and restaurants in the area. I though the guy who checked me in was not very friendly, but maybe that is just the way he is....

This hotel was a perfect location for me - on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. This is not a luxury facility. My room was fine but the large and comfortable bed took up most of the room so if my husband had been with me it would be too tight a fit. The room & bathroom were scrupulously clean. The staff was very helpful and though I was on the first floor I heard nothing.
