This boutique property, which overlooks the High Line, captures the artistic and stylist spirit of Chelsea. Rooms are funky yet comfortable, with low-platform beds, black vinyl bean bag chairs, and vintage details like touch-tone phones. Design is interesting, but comfort is in the details: soft denim robes, iPads loaded with music, and addictive Aesop bath products. Fashionable locals flock to...

This design-forward Chelsea boutique hotel, adjacent to the High Line, boasts modern, Japanese-inspired digs with wooden platform beds, Aesop bath products, iPads loaded with in-room control systems and flat-screen TVs, plus soaking tubs and fireplaces in some; the rooftop is home to a bustling bar and pool (covered in the winter), and there's also a Latin-tinged French restaurant and bento...

Located in Chelsea's High Line–adjacent Americano Hotel, this "vibrant" contender offers midpriced French fare with "Latin flair" in a "cooler-than-cool" setting with lots of marble, black leather and polished concrete; its "trendy" following says the most "fun" is on its roomy patio.

The restaurant follows suit, with a seasonal menu offering dishes with a French-Latin twist, ensuring that...

The location, food, and decor were great. The service was adequate, but not what I would expect from a nice NYC restaurant. I ordered a coffee and the waiter brought me an Americano for $4.50, and acted a little confused when I asked for artificial sweetener instead of sugar. There was a couple sitting next to us that was groping each other and making out, making it very awkward and...

The food is always good, but I've been going to this restaurant since they opened and they have NEVER managed to hire waiters who know the word "proper service"! They are The managers need to seriously think about hiring proper waiters.
