We have not been to Thai and Mighty's physical location, only its food truck. However, after two visits, we are very impressed. I got the sweet chili chicken, which was pretty good. Nice and crunchy, although the rice on the side was kind of hard. My fiancée, on the other hand, got the roasted pork noodle bowl with broth and rice noodles. It literally tasted like a bowl of water. Very disappointing.

I had the chance to visit Thai Orchid in 2013 once, and then a few times over the last couple of months. I thought it was the go-to Thai in Lexington, if not Kentucky.
