Terrible service. They weren't expecting me even though I had appointment. Had to wait to long. Stylist didn't listen to what I was saying I wanted even though I had detailed pictures. When I came in the door one stylist was on the phone with the manager very loudly discussing how another customer had complained about her color and wanted it redone for free.
