I have used this company because of the reviews I read, boy was I wrong.. Little did i know every review written was identical.
To get them to come out to my home was like pulling teeth. Every excuse in the book, the only one left out was the dog ate my homework

Our indoor central A/C unit stopped working in our Fort Greene apartment. The first company we called came out and told us they needed to replace the compressor and condenser fan motor. They could order the parts and take a week to get here. Since our water heater was blocking an access panel to the A/C unit, they said they would have to remove the water heater to gain access to the compressor and fan. At least a two day job with no hot water for over $8k.

For a second opinion, I tried Teletemp. They came out right away and determined that the compressor was fine and just the...
