Always great. I was concerned about someone visiting due to covid but they made me feel at ease and came properly with a mask and gloves. We respected each others space and they got to work and fixed the issues we had with our network cutting in and out. The technician also made some security suggestions which we will consider for the future.

We called for a network issue. Although a tech did show up on time, he was not at all knowledgeable regarding windows networking and in 2 hours was unable to resolve the issue. I will never use this service again.

We have been working with TECHS IN A SEC for over 8 years now, and have been given great technicians. We provide the scope of work, and they supply the TECHS accordingly. If there are any issues at all, I just let them know, and we work it out. We have used other tech companies over the years but, they cannot measure up to TECHS IN A SEC.
