Clearly a disgruntled employee wrote that old review, Nancy helped us with our network and computer issues and also had a partner company install an amazing sonos system which was great because we only needed one group to handle everything a/v and computers for us!!! Nancy IS the owner and could not have been nicer and more attentive.

I may have put a little pricey as a con but it was well worth it. Nancy and her staff saved me from losing a lifetime of photos for me and my family. She was fast, professional and handled us like VIP's

Such a great experience.

Nancy at this business claims to be the owner. When I called concerning a technical issue, she yelled at me and screened my call. I was simply trying to be a customer. If she really does own the business, they will go under soon due to her lack of professionalism. If she's just the admin (which I assume she is), she should be fired because she is making the establishment look bad.
