If I could give an extra star, I would. Found Carlo through Thumbtack. He had good ratings. We made arrangements for the inspection. I liked that he was willing to spend 4 to 5 hours on a thorough inspection. Carlo was on time. Very professional. He covered everything. And, I mean every detail. He took pictures. He made constant notes. No shortcuts. As it turned out, the job required 8.5 hours...
