While in vacation in Lexington, Chatanooga, and Lafeyette, we've been eating out every single night, and this was on the one meal so far that has really stood out.
We just got back to the hotel right and this was the first time my family had ever eaten Indian food, and they LOVED it. Taj India is by far one of the best Indian restaurants I've ever been to. The only thing I didn't like was the Salty Lassi, but I was just trying that, with no expectations of liking it.
Either way, eat here! Its amazingly cheap and amazing delicious!
My sister, Mom and I come here regularly, and we have never had a bad meal. The food is excellent and fresh. The family who owns and works there is warm and personable. I highly recommend this place to anyone!
Ordered variety of dishes. Only one of 3 appetizers good. Paratha greasy. One main course ok the other lacked good flavor. Service good though.
I love Indian food and to be fair I'm in an area with lots of great Indian food, so I hold the bar pretty high. While not the most amazing experience I've had with Indian food, this wasn't a bad meal.
