I have come here about a half-dozen times over the last 2 years since it is near my office. Service has always been helpful and prompt. Sad to see it has such low stars - everyone has always done what I needed here.

I came in with a GPS problem with my phone. The guy that greeted me instantly dismissed it that it's not a problem with the phone but the way GPS works. Even tho in my other hand I have my other Tmobile phone which shows perfect GPS lock. Then then went off into the back room for like 10 minutes …
