My suit jacket now has a tear (not all the way through, but a noticeable loss of material) in the shoulder area after using this place. This was definitely not there before I dropped it off.

Always a fast turn around and I've never had a bad experience or clothes ruined. Everyone is always friendly. PLUS they have they a drive-thru, which makes up for the hard-to-pull-out of parking lot that faces Government Street.
