I found Sutton by checking reviews on yelp and Home Advisor. After calling one other company, I called Sutton and knew it was the right one for me. I needed fast service for pick-up, cleaning and storage for two Oriental rugs from two locations. They picked up the very next morning and the price for everything was quite reasonable.

I was already impressed, but one other thing impressed me...

I'm a very happy customer. The work that was done was terrific. I asked them to clean a very old and dirty carpet. They were professional and delivered my carpet back to my home as promised. I thought the price was a bit high but considering the short time frame and the age of the carpet it was money well spent.

The technician arrived exactly on time. He didn't complain about having to take his equipment down a staircase in the service entrance and removed the spots I was concerned about.
