Welcome to Sushi of Gari Tribeca!
Sushi of Gari has been widely known by New Yorkers in almost 2 decades, and we are pleased to introduce you that this location is our 4th restaurant in the business district of Tribeca.

For an "unforgettable sensory journey", try the omakase at Gari Sugio's "off-the-charts" Japanese quintet, where the "jewel"-like sushi is simply "sublime"; despite "modest", "bento box"–size settings and "go-for-broke" tabs, finatics say these "bucket-list" destinations are the "last word" in raw-fish "bliss."
Tribeca location featuring the signature sushi tates of Masatoshi Gari Suggio and a wealth of other traditional Japanese dishes. Masatoshi Sugio, a founder and an executive chef, has thrown a variety of his signature and creativity to New York Sushi-fan, and Sushi of Gari responds to ongoing demands from those who are accustomed to Japanese cuisine. UES's best sushi now available in Tribeca. Chef Gari-san stays ahead of the curve, getting avant-garde with top-rate fish. Bluefin and ponzu mousse, tuna with tofu, squid and shiso flowers. Umm, flowers. Don't miss signature salmon with roasted tomato. Omakase might have you saying ohmygod when the tab arrives, but it's the way to go.
As good as all the other Gari locations. As good as it gets

If you like sushi... it doesn't get any better... definitely do the Omakase... and don't miss these delights, some of which are not on the menu: chopped eel and avocado, seared toro, Baby snapper with rose blossom, Snow crab with sea urchin, Spicy Tuna hand roll, Red snapper with salad, Salmon with tomato, tuna with tofu and spicy sauce, Yellowtail with jalapeño, squid in green sauce, Fluke...
This is one of our very favorite NYC sushi spots. The upstairs omakase bar is the only way to go here. I've never dined downstairs, but I've never wanted to because of the TVs with sushi on the screen. It has a weird vibe, but the small upstairs sushi bar is the best. Each piece is so succulent, distinct in flavor, and innovative. We had the main chef whose name sadly escapes me, but his talent...
