I purchased some shower tile as well as marble flooring here. The customer service was very poor. When I came to pick up the tile, I waited 30min. for the receptionist to find the warehouse guy to get my order. Later, when we purchased quarter rounds from Teri to match the shower tile, the wrong color was ordered. Instead of a gray-white, she ordered a bright white and the quarter rounds stick out like sore thumbs. She later tried to claim that she didn't know the quarter rounds were for the tile that I ordered and said that it was our installer's fault that it didn't match and offered...
