We have enjoyed the pool and spa since Jack Marshall built it for us in 1997. We haven't needed to contact Superior Pools about questions or concerns, but the two times we did, Jack and his company were extremely responsive. For example, we are having a garden wedding in our yard on July 27th and had a question about the water feature and slide. We called Jack who immediately came out and not only provided the information we needed, but showed us how to make the changes we wanted and helped us adjust the water feature so it will be perfect for our daughter's wedding. We know we can always count on Superior Pools!
We had our pool installed a few weeks ago and we love it! The installation team was amazing. They were fast and really fun to watch. We love our new pool and I would recommend Superior Swimming Pool Construction to anyone. I am so happy to see how great the water looks every day and I really love that I do not have to work very hard to keep it that way.
When I purchased our pool, my husband was not in agreement with that, he said that it was too much money, but now in our 2nd year, he learned that that was the best investment in "OUR" family time that we had ever done. We have such a wonderful time with our children and the maintenance of the pools are basically "NONE". Comparing to what my sister has to go thru with her pool (1/4 in size of ours). Out of several bids, we chose Superior Pools to build our swimming pool and jacuzzi in November of 2009. Jack gave us the best presentation and was by far the most knowledgeable. I solicited Superior Pools in the early summer of 2010 for a pool that I needed designed and build at my residence. I met with Jack Marshall and at the first meeting I felt very comfortable with him and had a good feeling that he would be doing my pool.
