I don't know what company the bad reviewers are talking about but it can't be Superior Appliance Repair. I've had many experiences with Superior Appliance, with my house, and with my rental properties, and each time I've found the office staff and technicians very professional and helpful. The prices are reasonable and comparable to other companies (Ive found cheaper quotes, but the services are the best, and by the time youre done, the price is higher without all the services and warrantees this company gives you automatically). When they go to out rental properties, they arrive promptly and are courteous to our tenants.
