This is NOT the place to put an ambulatory senior who likes to walk outside and has dementia. Because of their loss-history, Sunshine Villa has zero tolerance for this normal alzheimer's behavior. Unfortunately they have no outdoor area for people to take walks. Many ambulatory seniors with dementia get evicted from sunshine villa for walking outside or they will be placed in the locked...

I couldn`t be happier with this beautiful assisted living facility for my Mom!! I have done extensive research. and I must say I am very particular....Sunshine Villa has more than exceeded my dreams and expectations!! The staff is extremely caring, kind and respectful of each and every resident!! Because I visit my Mom just about every day, I overhear lots of conversations....the staff puts the residents needs above all, with attitudes of serving and helpfulness and encouragement!! This wonderful place has been an absolute blessing to both my My Mom and I. What a joy to be apart of this...
