Sugarberry Place

i've been living in this area for 9 months and all they do is cause problems
here and then they dont cut the lawn right and u have to pay $17 for lawn but for what i try calling the may poeple they dont do nothing even tho i have to put up with this im tired so ppl if u read this ppl dont rent here or buy iy not worth it at all trust me this ppl will bring u alot of problem

Don't waste your money by moving in here as a renter or mobile home owner . Streets flood and management has done nothing about it in over 8 years that I have lived here. When you ask to speak to manager it's an act of congress to get to them and then everything you say goes in one ear and out the other. I have even stopped a corporate lady who didn't even want to listen and I guess she didn't because problem still hasn't even been looked into. Myself and other neighbors have to clean the one drain grate of debris so the drain will catch up (several hours ) to drain after 30 minutes of...
