Excellant. I have lost 7lbs to date. Yes; it is major for me.I have not been able to get the weight loss jump started until now. I just take the pills and the weight is coming off. No jitters. I'm postmenopausal and had resigned myself to carrying forty extra pounds for the rest of my life. But now I've lost 20lbs in 3 months and plan to keep losing more. Very pleased with this program and the nutritional advice, especially the advice to cut the sugar and grains. Haven't looked this good and had this much energy in a decade. It worked for me and I highly recommend it.
