Sub City

I have been waiting for over a month for the Hartford to approve my short term disability claim.  3 times they have requested documentation from my doctor.  I feel they are delaying my claim on purpose.  Now they are trying to make me file a Workers Comp Claim to see if it gets denied.  This is taking too long and I can't get my analysist at the Hartford to return my call.

NO FUNDS THEY CANCELED THE EFT

Since I published this article about "The Hartford", they have canceled my "ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER" to my account. I have received two letters from them. One stating funds were deposited on 24 July 2012, and another letter stating funds deposited on 27 July 2012. On July 6, 2012, I faxed all documents pertaining to my claim for LTD. I also sent them certified-signed receipt. On July 10,2012, a William Fabors left me a voice message that he is handling my claim and has received my paperwork. When I called Mr Fabors, it went to voice mail. The Chicken Salad is the best in Lexington! Blaine {owner} knows
