We were a month behind in rent and paying the previous months rent. we got a letter in the mail saying that we would be evicted if we didn't pay the month of late rent. we promptly paid said rent, the very next day after receiving the letter. now, over a month later we have received a letter from the court saying we have to appear in court and pay the back rent. Mr.Goodman -what does he do in the company?!?!?! YP.com

2261, Ocean Ave, Brooklyn, 11229. We do not have heating for 2 days! It is very COLD!!! Telephone of Management does not answer. Manager Mr.Goodman is SOOOO rude, terrible, selfish and impolite! He hates our tenants!!! Such kind of people have to be in a prison! He does not do anything for the tenants or the company and only for himself one, in his own favor! He uses his position for himself!
