Family Visit

Hotel is centrally located to various eateries and attractions. Staff is friendly and attentive when issues arise. We appreciated the social opportunities, although could vary the food choices. Breakfast was good but again could use more choices.

Needs some work on rooms

When I arrived the person at the front desk was great at checking me in. The heat was broke/ sheets were dirty on the beds. So we had to change rooms . Was double charge on my CC. Having trouble correcting it. At breakfast there was no forks to eat with. The person working in that area seem upset that question was being asked of her.

We stayed here once before- last year. I was in town with family. Positives about the stay included the staff friendliness, cleanliness, suite size, and overall value.
Negatives were the room - broken microwave, floor trim peeling, two doors 'walking closed', cold coffee and Sunday breakfast oversight.
The only reason we would consider returning are the pleasant and caring employees...
