Be perfectly clear on regular clean vs deep clean. If deep cleaning is preferred, regular cleaning will not be satisfying.

Two girls came to clean up our apartment after moving out. They worked extremely slowly and were clearly inexperienced. While cleaning the windows, they ran out of window cleaning detergent which I had to go buy for them... then they left dirty handprints on the walls, and even after pointing them out to the girls, they did nothing about them. So I had to clean up after the cleaners.... All in...
