Great

Great hotel in good location and not expensive for New York. We have stayed here as a family twice and we have always had great, clean rooms. What we like most about this hotel is how quiet the rooms are.

Checked In for a Business Trip

Overall a very good experience.At check in, I was given an upgrade (based on elite status) without asking. Usually, in New York,one has to ask for an upgrades to get one. Manhattan hotels are known for "cosy" rooms. The one I was given was quite good. Hotel was busy at that point. Breakfast service was not necessarily quick. Breakfast area staff did their best. Clean room friendly staff

Had a 4 night stay here. The room was compact but sufficient. Most importantly was quiet and clean. Very central location. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast poor but edible. I would agree with other reviews that would recommend if you didn't want to spend too much time in your room. Oh there was a microwave in room too.

Nice, Quiet spot in the middle of it all

For NYC these rooms are a great size. Just a few blocks from subway and bus stops. Easy to get to where you want to go being in midtown. Free breakfast is average, but it's free. It would have been nice to have coffee available in the lobby as most springhill suites do, but not a major issue in a city that has a Starbucks on every block. We would stay again.

Lovely hotel

My mom, sister and I stayed 4 nights. Our stay was wonderful. I don't have a single complaint. Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable. I think the room was large for NYC standards (average size room anywhere else) but have nothing to compare that to. We were upgraded and had the Empire State Building framed perfectly in our window.
