The apartment is clean, spacious and well maintained. It is in a great location, the middle of downtown LA. Everything you need is just a few blocks away. Not having hot water has become a weekly occurrence here. Not ideal when you're trying to get to work in the morning.Management, please figure out the problem already!

I will not be renewing my lease when it ends in a few months.Management is extremely lax when it comes to fixing any issues with BAD NEIGHBORS.I complained about my neighbors--one who had a serious partying issue (had the music cranked everyday with guests screaming and kept the windows oepn) …
