Although one would hope with new management all things would get better. The important things are still being ignored and in some cases worse.

I've lived here for 2 months so far and I have had no problems, at all. I was really hesitant after reading these ratings, but I'm glad I just went ahead and booked a place to live. My apartment was just renovated and it's very nice! My neighbors are really nice people and everyone usually just keeps to themselves. I would definitely recommend moving into Southpoint.

My partner and myself have lived here for 13 years and we both agree that the new management is definitely moving in the right direction. There are some noticeable changes in the way the complex is cared for. Now it will surely take some time to get everything done and set away but we do see light at the end of the tunnel.

My wife and I just moved away due to buying a house. I have to say maybe before the new Mgt came, it had some real issues, but I respect the effort the new staff made. I almost wish we were just moving it, the place looks great, they have alot of functions now, good going guys you really made the place a better place to be. Seriously they moved mountains to make our stay there pleasant.
