I have been working next door to this place (1400 broadway is connected to the food exchange) for almost 8 months. The service is constantly terrible. I understand there is a lot of traffic in the morning but also a lot of incompetence. The Mexican cooks at the grill have the most disgusting attitude and don't listen to your order. Then if you correct them on your order they snarl and look at you mean. The food is of course not top notch but how can you mess up a bacon, egg, and cheese and forget the tomato every time. Furthermore, I used to get breakfast burritos where the eggs were stone...
