gave me a refund for delivery. wish they had an even firmer option available. the reason for the refund was because they made a mistake with the scheduling. I would do business with them again.

Not too pleased with the delivery of my bed frame and mattress. The delivery men scratched some of my bedroom floor tiles because the frame has nothing on the bottom to prevent it from scratching, it was just pure metal. And one night while I was laying in the bed, one part of the bed collapsed. …

I'm pretty sure I've never had someone work so diligently as Beatrice did to help me find the perfect mattress at the perfect price. I would have driven anyone else completely crazy, but Beatrice stuck with me (practically the entire day) until we found what I was looking for. I give her 10 stars!
