I won an auction off of skyauction.com. i placed a bid for two purses and they never sent them. when i pulled up my account info it says they were sold out.
i sent four emails asking them to refund my money and they never responded back. if you go to their web site there is no phone number listed. had to serach internet for the phone number. when i send an email i get an email back saying...

My family won a trip from skyauction.com. This was our 3rd or 4th dealing with this company and we had been satisfied in the past. We won another trip and tried to create a reservation for a week long trip to costa rica.
We received an e-mail from the company stating the cost of additional air fare and what dates and times would be available. We waited for a response from their land package...
