This is the start management really sucks,I have lived here for three months,I can't wait till my lease is up. there are roaches you can't get rid of the nieghbors all congregate and drink in the parking lot.Vandalism,with a bad nieghborhood.Pipes suck bad drywall dirty carpet .but is bilingual.make sure managementgives you a parking sticker he forgotmine and cost me 100.00 that they would not...

Things were alright, pretty good actually, with the maintenance, but the management was pretty nasty. She hardly ever helps you out, only makes fun of you to your face. The apts were actually rather nice, but I prefer not to be harassed by management.

I think that the rent prices are good, considering all the utilities are included. Management and staff are great people. Also it's a good school district, apartments do need a little work but still are good apartments. Maintence responds in a timely manor.
