Our washing machine was not working. We called Silver Lake Appliance Repair and tech was able to come over same day within an hour or so. He was professional. He was courteous, honest, and knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing as he did it.

I can't say enough about how friendly and professional they were. The repairman fixed my washing machine, told me what wasn't worth repairing, came out on time when he said he would and gave us tips on a replacement when we need one.
